Summer
The inn is located in the quiet village of Grönebach (Winterberg). The most beautiful cycling and hiking trails are right on our doorstep. Our village is very well known for them! We are also only 2 km (30 min.) on foot from the source of the Ruhr River and the Rothaarsteig hiking trail.
You will be amazed by this beautiful setting!
Winter
The beautiful town of Winterberg is just a 7-minute drive away. Here you'll find several ski lifts open from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. On illuminated evenings, the skiing and snowboarding fun continues on Tuesdays and Fridays from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, snow conditions permitting.

Winterberg is known as the "Northern Alps" and is a perfect place for tobogganing. A total of four slopes are open specifically for tobogganing. The first toboggan run is only 2 km from our guesthouse. You can conveniently store your equipment in our heated ski room.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. Please check out by 10:30 AM at the latest.

Until what time is the kitchen open? Answer: Orders from the full menu are accepted until 8:00 PM. Desserts can be ordered until 9:00 PM. Snacks are available until 10:00 PM.

Reservations are not mandatory, but are recommended, especially on weekends or during busy periods. You can also conveniently note your dinner preferences on our menu while having breakfast.
